Al-Sudani and Islamic Dawa Party Discuss Political Challenges and Economic Strategies


Baghdad: The head of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, engaged in discussions today with a delegation from the Islamic Dawa Party – Internal Organization. The meeting, attended by the party’s Secretary-General Abdul Karim al-Anzi and MP Haider al-Fawadi, focused on evaluating the current political process and exploring strategies for the forthcoming phase.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions centered around the major challenges confronting the nation, notably in political, security, and economic spheres. A significant point of the dialogue was the necessity of regulating weapons within the bounds of state control to bolster internal security.



The dialogue also explored strategies to diversify the nation’s income sources to mitigate the ongoing financial crisis. This diversification is seen as crucial for fostering development and enhancing service delivery across the country.



Both parties underscored the significance of maintaining open lines of communication and increasing the frequency of mutual visits. This approach aims to unify perspectives and positions on shared issues, thereby strengthening collaborative efforts.
