Baghdad: The Security Media Cell (SMC) announced on Sunday that ammunition exploded inside Camp Taji due to high temperatures. Civil Defense teams are actively working to extinguish the resulting fire.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the SMC reported an explosion in the ammunition storage at Camp Taji, attributing the incident to the soaring temperatures in the area. The situation has mobilized Civil Defense teams who are currently engaged in efforts to control and extinguish the fire resulting from the explosion.
