Baghdad: The Baghdad Operations Command announced on Saturday the closure of 10 unlicensed and non-compliant parking lots in the Karkh and Rusafa districts of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command stated in a press release that the committee monitoring parking lots and exhibition spaces, with the support of ground forces, closed 10 unlicensed parking lots operating without proper permits in several areas of Karkh and Rusafa.

The Command urged the owners of these unlicensed parking lots to obtain the necessary official approvals from the relevant authorities to operate legally and in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
