Baghdad: Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mohammed Nouri, and the Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Yarub Qudah, affirmed the importance of holding the 31st session of the Jordanian-Iraqi Joint Committee in Baghdad in the near future.
According to Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Industry and Minerals' media office released a statement that Minister Mohammed Nouri received Jordanian Minister Yarub Qudah and his delegation. During their meeting, they discussed enhancing industrial and commercial cooperation and expanding areas of joint coordination to serve the common interests of both nations.
The meeting also addressed the progress of the Iraqi-Jordanian Economic City project. The ministers emphasized the importance of overcoming obstacles faced by this project, highlighting its strategic significance in supporting the industrial sector and creating promising economic opportunities.
