Bodies of Two Drowned People Found in the Tigris River in the Mosul Forests

Mosul: River police found the bodies of two drowned people in the Tigris River, located within the Mosul Forests area, today, Wednesday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a police source stated that River Rescue squads recovered the bodies of two unidentified individuals who had drowned in the Tigris River, within the borders of the forests area north of Mosul.

The source added that rescue squads transferred the two bodies to the Forensic Medicine Department to complete legal procedures, while an investigation was opened to determine the circumstances of the incident and confirm the identities of the two drowned people.
