Basra: The body of a woman in her fifties was recovered from under the rubble of a collapsed residential building in Basra. Civil Defense rescue teams in Basra Governorate recovered the body from the debris of a four-story residential building that collapsed in the Al-Mufaqiyah area.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Civil Defense Directorate's media office stated that the rescue teams concluded their search and rescue operations at the collapsed building and were able to recover the woman's body. The rescue teams also successfully rescued four members of the same family who were trapped inside the building. The statement added that the four individuals were transferred to the hospital for treatment and that their condition is good.
