Diwaniyah: The office of Diwaniyah Governor Abbas al-Zamili has issued an administrative order appointing Rafid Nouri as the new director of the al-Daghara municipality, replacing the previous director, Hatem Suwaid.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, an official document confirms that all administrative, legal, and financial powers pertaining to the position have been granted to the new director.
