Baghdad: The Commander of the Land Forces, Lieutenant General Qassim Mohammed Saleh Al-Muhammadi, conducted an inspection of military units along the eastern axis of the Ministry of Defense. According to National Iraqi News Agency, this inspection coincided with the start of the reverse dispatching process, aimed at ensuring the safety of pilgrims attending the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (PBUH).

A statement from the Ministry of Defense highlighted that Al-Muhammadi reviewed the arrangements for protecting pilgrims and ensuring their smooth passage. He instructed the Supply and Transport Brigades to mobilize vehicles specifically designated for transporting pilgrims and managing the reverse dispatching of millions of pilgrims. This process is crucial for ensuring their safe return home. Furthermore, he underscored the importance of avoiding congestion in designated areas and squares, urging all involved to intensify their efforts and provide comprehensive services to the pilgrims.
