Council of Ministers Approves Admission Guidelines for Iraqi Police College

Baghdad: The Council of Ministers has given the green light to the new controls and conditions for admission to the Iraqi Police College, a proposal put forth by the Ministry of Interior.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the approval includes setting fees for study expenses at the Police College for individuals covered under Cabinet Resolution 24594 of 2024. Additionally, the regulations incorporate a reciprocity clause for students from other countries, aligning with the stipulations of the amended Police College Law No. 37 of 2000.

In the same session held on Tuesday, the Council of Ministers also sanctioned the creation of a committee tasked with executing the infrastructure project for the city of Samarra. The decision includes extending an invitation to a reputable consulting firm to oversee the project’s implementation, ensuring it meets the required standards.
