CTS Commander Explores Enhanced Security Coordination with Army Chiefs

Baghdad: The Counter-Terrorism Service-CTS commander, Lieutenant General Zaid Houshi Al-Moussawi, engaged in discussions with Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Lieutenant General Special Forces Staff Saad Ali Ati Harbia, and Deputy Chief of Staff for Administration, Lieutenant General Staff Jawad Kadhim Muhi Takhakh, focusing on strategies to boost operational readiness in facing security challenges. According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Moussawi conducted separate meetings at the agency's headquarters with both deputy chiefs to explore ways to strengthen coordination and joint cooperation between the Counter-Terrorism Service and the Iraqi Army. These discussions aimed to enhance operational readiness and develop mechanisms for joint action to address security challenges, ultimately supporting the country's stability and preserving its security. The meetings underscored the importance of unifying efforts and integrating roles among various security and military institutions. This approach is expected to e nhance field performance and achieve the highest levels of coordination in fulfilling national duties.
