Baghdad: The number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen dramatically, with the death toll now reaching 73,382 martyrs and 174,236 wounded. This escalation in casualties has been reported as the Israeli offensive on the region continues, having commenced on October 7, 2023.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has confirmed that hospitals in the Strip received one more martyr who succumbed to his wounds in the past 24 hours, along with five other wounded individuals. Since the ceasefire on October 11, the Ministry has reported a total of 1,255 martyrs and 4,125 injuries. Additionally, 804 bodies have been recovered thus far. The Ministry also highlighted that numerous victims remain trapped under the rubble, with rescue teams facing challenges in retrieving their bodies.
