Diwaniyah: Defense personnel in the Diwaniyah Governorate staged a demonstration in front of the State Real Estate Department building. Dozens of members and wounded veterans from the Ministry of Defense gathered to demand the dismissal of the department’s director. Their protest was against the decision to offer their allocated land plots for investment.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the demonstrators called for intervention from both local and central governments. They urged the authorities to halt the procedures related to offering their allocated land for investment.
