Baghdad: The General Secretariat of the Arab League announced today, Monday, that an emergency meeting of the Arab League Council at the level of permanent delegates will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, to discuss the grave humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting comes in response to a request submitted by the State of Palestine to the General Secretariat of the Arab League on July 17. The meeting aims to discuss political, legal, and diplomatic action at the Arab and international levels to address the serious and unprecedented violations committed by the Zionist entity.
