Federal Police Arrest 27 Suspects in Baghdad and Maysan


Baghdad: The Federal Police Command announced on Friday the arrest of 27 suspects under various legal provisions in Baghdad and Maysan provinces. In a concerted effort to maintain security and law enforcement, these arrests highlight the ongoing operations targeting criminal activities in these regions.



According to Iraqi News Agency, the command stated that the operations were conducted as per the directives of Federal Police Forces Commander Lieutenant General Mohammed Qasim Al-Fahd. The Federal Police units in Baghdad and Maysan executed proactive security operations, which resulted in the apprehension of suspects as part of their ongoing efforts to uphold legal order. These operations underscore the commitment of the Federal Police to address security challenges effectively within their jurisdictions.
