Baghdad:Federal Police forces have arrested eight individuals involved in an armed altercation and seized the weapons and ammunition they were carrying, south of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrests were made by a force from the Third Division of the Federal Police. This action was part of plans established by the Baghdad Operations Command, aimed at strengthening regional security and stability and enforcing the law. The altercation occurred in the “Eastern Radwaniyah” area, south of the capital.

The suspects and the seized weapons have been handed over to the competent authorities for the completion of legal proceedings.
