Hilla: A large fire engulfed several vehicles at the Hilla Correctional Facility on Sunday, with no injuries reported.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Civil Defense Media Director Aqeel Abdullah stated, "Civil Defense teams were able to extinguish a fire that consumed vehicles in the inner courtyard of the Hilla Correctional Facility without any injuries."

He added that the police have opened an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
