Diyala: The Governor of Diyala, Adnan al-Shammari, engaged in discussions with several department directors to evaluate the current state of services in the province and identify the most pressing needs and challenges affecting their operations.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, during a meeting held on Wednesday, Governor al-Shammari underscored the significance of increasing efforts, speeding up work processes, and enhancing service levels to fulfill the needs of the province’s residents. He highlighted the need for field monitoring and overcoming obstacles to deliver improved services to citizens.
The meeting also focused on the Prime Minister’s directives to establish a modern city in Diyala province. Discussions included the necessary steps and procedures for the project’s implementation, coordination among relevant departments, and preparation of essential requirements to ensure its successful completion. Al-Shammari stressed the urgency of expediting required procedures and unifying efforts among involved parties to implement the Prime Minister’s directives, aiming for a significant advancement in the province’s urban, service, and investment sectors.
