High Commission for Human Rights Engages in Panel on Yazidi Future


Baghdad: The High Commission for Human Rights, through its advisor Saad Al-Abdali, took part in a significant panel discussion focused on the future of the Yazidis and other religious communities in Iraq. This event was organized by the Scientific Association for Yazidi Research and Studies, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The panel was titled “The Future of Yazidis and Religious Components in Iraq in Light of Current Transformations.”



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the panel discussion drew a wide array of participants, including prominent figures from official, community, and academic sectors. These attendees represented various components and backgrounds, reflecting the diverse interests and concerns regarding the future of religious communities in the region.
