Anbar: The Iraqi National Security Service (INSS) announced on Tuesday the arrest of 15 suspects on terrorism charges and the dismantling of three drug trafficking networks in Anbar province. The operation reflects ongoing efforts to combat illegal activities and enhance security in the region.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Service’s spokesperson, Arshad al-Hakim, disclosed that detachments of the Service in Anbar province successfully apprehended 15 individuals accused of drug trafficking, terrorism, and forgery. This operation also led to the dismantling of three drug trafficking networks located in Habbaniyah and Fallujah.

Al-Hakim further noted that the security operation resulted in the seizure of 33 documents, which included forged identity cards, employment contracts, financial instruments, and seals. These developments underline the INSS’s commitment to tackling crime and ensuring public safety in Iraq.
