Baghdad Iraq thanked Denmark for its support in fighting ISIS.

“We thank the government of Denmark for its assistance in providing support to fight ISIS,” Defense Minister Jumaa Enad said in a press conference with his Danish counterpart, Trin Bramsen.

For her part, the Danish Minister of Defense Bramsen said: We seek to strengthen joint cooperation with Iraq.

She emphasized that the government of Denmark aspires to continue this cooperation and is obligated to support Iraq according to Iraq’s need and aspirations, in accordance with Iraqi laws.

The Danish Minister of Defense arrived in Baghdad today on an official visit.
