Baghdad: The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Major General Yahya Rasool, confirmed on Saturday that the 25th Mechanized Infantry Division is fully prepared to carry out its duties. ‘The Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, visited the headquarters of the 25th Reserve Mechanized Infantry Division, where he inspected all aspects of the division, checked up on and reviewed the most minute details,’ said Rasool in a press release reported by the Iraqi News Agency – INA.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Rasool explained, ‘During the visit, we observed that the division is fully prepared to perform its duties, with its weapons, equipment, vehicles, tank battalions, and combat vehicles, in addition to the high morale of the division’s soldiers.’ He added that the division continues its training day and night and is ready to execute its duties and the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
