Salalah: The head of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, Professor Dr. Jabbar Jawdi, Director General of the Cinema and Theater Department, along with Asia Kamal, Deputy Head of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, attended the opening ceremony of the second Dhofar International Theatre Festival in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the opening ceremony featured a significant artistic and cultural presence, with participation from a wide array of Arab art and theater stars, alongside the Iraqi delegation. Iraq’s involvement in the festival underscores the active presence of Iraqi artists and theater in both Arab and international arenas, facilitating cultural and artistic collaboration and exchange between Iraq and various Arab theatrical experiences.
