Baghdad:Parliament Speaker Haibat Al-Halbousi has reaffirmed Iraq’s commitment to its sovereignty and unity during a message for Iraqi National Day.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Halbousi emphasized that Iraq’s sovereignty is paramount, and the unity of the country is a responsibility that cannot be compromised.

In his statement, Al-Halbousi expressed hope for Iraq and its citizens to remain secure, proud, and independent, while continuing to build a future that honors its history and international standing.
