Baghdad: The Coordination Framework praised the widespread participation of Iraqis in the funeral procession for the martyred Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the martyrs from his family, emphasizing that this attendance embodied the values of loyalty, dignity, and adherence to religious and national principles.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Coordination Framework stated, “The Iraqi people have proven once again that they are people of loyalty and dignity, and that they are a nation that does not forget those who stood with them and supported their causes. Their widespread participation and sincere feelings embodied the highest meaning of loyalty in the funeral procession for the pure body of the martyr of the nation, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, and the martyrs from his family.”

The statement further elaborated on the turnout, noting that the participation and emotions displayed by the attendees reflect the authenticity of the Iraqi people and their commitment to their religious, national, and moral values. It highlighted the depth of loyalty to those who have made sacrifices for the causes of the nation.

The coordinating body expressed its sincere gratitude to all participants and everyone who contributed to organizing, holding, and covering the funeral procession. Special thanks were extended to the governorates of Najaf and Karbala for their organization and hospitality.

The statement concluded with a prayer to God Almighty to accept everyone’s deeds, reward them abundantly, protect Iraq and its people, and perpetuate the unity of its citizens on the path of truth and justice.
