Islamic Resistance Hosts Festival to Commemorate End of Coalition Mission


Baghdad:The Islamic Resistance in Iraq organized its inaugural annual festival to commemorate the conclusion of the International Coalition’s mission.



According to Iraqi News Agency, Jaafar Al-Husseini, spokesperson for the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, spoke at the event, explaining that the organization has been participating in discussions through the quartet committee formed by the Coordination Framework. These discussions focus on the regulation of arms and the realization of Iraq’s comprehensive sovereignty, highlighted by the withdrawal of foreign forces.



Al-Husseini emphasized that the weaponry of the Resistance is aimed at any enemy or act of aggression against Iraq and its citizens. He also highlighted that the Islamic Resistance is open to any dialogue that ensures Iraq’s sovereignty.
