Riyadh: Judge Faiq Zaidan, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, engaged in discussions with Saudi Minister of Justice Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani to explore ways to enhance joint cooperation in the judicial and legal sectors.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place as part of Judge Zaidan’s visit to Riyadh, following an invitation from the Saudi Minister of Justice. The discussions were aimed at strengthening collaborative efforts between the two nations in judicial and legal fields.

The Judicial Media Office revealed in a press release that Judge Zaidan, upon his arrival in Riyadh, was accompanied by a delegation which included the Chief Prosecutor, the Head of the Judicial Supervision Authority, and the Director General of the General Judicial Protection Department. The meeting underscored a commitment to fostering a stronger partnership in the judicial domain.
