Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti judiciary decided today to release journalist and media professional Fajr Al-Saeed on bail. This decision followed the waiver of a lawsuit by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Prime Minister Al-Sudani had earlier instructed the lawyer of the Iraqi Embassy in Kuwait to withdraw the criminal lawsuit that was filed against Fajr Al-Saeed with the Kuwaiti judiciary.
