Maysan: Maysan Governor Habib Dhaher al-Fartousi discussed the security situation in Maysan with a high-level security delegation that included Deputy Police Affairs Lieutenant General Hadi Arzij, Lieutenant General Thamer al-Hasani, Commander of the Rapid Response Division, Major General Jalil al-Sharifi, Commander of Maysan Operations, and Major General Zuhair Jihad, Commander of the Provincial Police.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the meeting, al-Fartousi stressed the importance of restricting the possession of weapons to the state and tightening measures that contribute to enhancing stability in the province.
