Maysan: Maysan Police Command announced today the arrest of four suspects wanted under Article 406 of the Iraqi Penal Code for the killing of a woman in the capital, Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the command stated in a statement: “A force from Maysan Anti-Crime Division carried out security operations targeting the suspects’ locations in various areas within the governorate, after receiving information about their escape from Baghdad, in coordination with al-Shaab Anti-Crime Division.”

The statement added that the raids resulted in the arrest of all those wanted under judicial arrest warrants, noting that they were taken to a detention center and legal action was taken against them.
