Anbar: The Military Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of 32 foreigners for violating residency and work regulations in Anbar province. This operation was part of a broader effort to curb illegal foreign workers entering the country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the directorate emphasized the operation’s success was due to precise intelligence and field monitoring carried out in collaboration with security agencies across all operational sectors. The Intelligence and Security Department of the 10th Infantry Division orchestrated a well-planned ambush, leading to the arrests.

The apprehended individuals have been handed over to the relevant authorities following established procedures, the directorate confirmed in a press release. This move underscores the ongoing commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance within the province.
