Baghdad: The Minister of Communications, Mustafa Jabbar Sand, has issued a directive to cancel outstanding financial debts owed by citizens for old landline telephone services.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the ministry revealed that Mustafa Jabbar Sand instructed the cancellation of all debts related to old landline services. He also directed relevant government departments to eliminate the associated clearance certificates. This initiative aims to reduce administrative procedures and simplify transactions for citizens.
