Baghdad: Minister of Communications, Dr. Hiyam Al-Yasiri, received the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Baghdad, Dr. Maher Salem Al-Tarawneh, in her office today. The meeting focused on reviewing bilateral relations and issues of common interest, aiming to achieve the aspirations of both countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Communications released a statement highlighting the discussions on enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences between Iraq and Jordan. Dr. Al-Yasiri emphasized the ministry’s commitment to advancing the communications sector through collaboration with reputable international companies, aiming to integrate digital modernity and successful practices for the benefit of the public.

Ambassador Al-Tarawneh acknowledged the efforts of Dr. Al-Yasiri in pursuing development goals and initiating strategic projects to elevate service levels and enhance the communications sector.
