Baghdad: Minister of Communications Mustafa Sanad has directed the opening of two new DHL outlets at Baghdad and Basra airports. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the announcement was made after Sanad’s meeting with representatives from DHL Germany, where he emphasized the importance of expanding DHL’s presence in Iraq by establishing an outlet at Basra International Airport.
In addition to the outlet at Basra, Sanad instructed the completion of necessary procedures for opening another DHL facility at Baghdad International Airport. This move aims to enhance the company’s service capabilities within the country. DHL Germany currently operates a branch in Erbil, and these new outlets are expected to significantly boost logistical operations across Iraq.
