Baghdad: The Minister of Communications, Mustafa Sand, has affirmed his full support for the Ministry of Defense, expressing his commitment to providing comprehensive technical support and assistance in the realm of electronic services and communications.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Ministry of Defense highlighted that Minister Sand welcomed Major General Pilot Tahsin al-Khafaji, the Director of Media and Moral Guidance, along with his delegation, at the ministry headquarters on Thursday. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation and coordination between the two ministries.

During the meeting, several topics of mutual interest were addressed, with a particular emphasis on bolstering the Ministry of Defense’s capabilities in website and communications services. The discussions also revolved around renewing and developing these services and improving internet provisions by the Ministry of Communications, aiming to fortify the digital infrastructure and elevate the efficiency of electronic services within the Ministry of Defense.

The statement further detailed Minister Sand’s commitment to supporting the Ministry of Defense, pledging all necessary technical assistance to enhance performance levels and improve services using the latest technologies. Major General al-Khafaji expressed his gratitude towards Minister Sand, praising his supportive approach and constructive collaboration with the Ministry of Defense.
