Baghdad: The Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan and the head of the Higher Authority for Literacy inaugurated the International Literacy Day ceremony.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry stated in a press release that it celebrates learners on this occasion and honors the efforts of teachers and supervisors, emphasizing that the door to learning remains open to everyone, regardless of the circumstances.
