Baghdad: The Ministry of Education has opened the online registration portal for first-grade students in government schools adhering to international standards. This initiative, launched in collaboration with Al-Bushra Company, began on Sunday morning and is accessible via the designated online link.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Ali Saud Abdul Majeed, the Director General of Public, Private, and Foreign Education, stated that the Ministry is expanding the project to include all Directorates General of Education across all governorates. This decision follows the successful initial phase in the Basra and Karbala governorates.

Abdul Majeed further explained that the expansion aims to enhance the quality of government education and improve its outcomes by aligning with the latest international educational systems and curricula.
