Baghdad: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a strong condemnation of the recent terrorist plots that were thwarted by Moroccan security authorities. These plots had targeted sensitive sites within Morocco, posing significant threats to the country's security and the safety of its citizens.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry's statement emphasized that such criminal plots are a blatant violation of national security and stability, posing risks to peace and security. The Ministry reiterated Iraq's unwavering stance against terrorism in all its forms and any actions that could destabilize societies or terrorize civilians.

The Ministry also conveyed Iraq's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Morocco, supporting the measures taken to safeguard its security and stability. It commended the vigilance and effectiveness of Moroccan security services in successfully thwarting these terrorist activities.
