Baghdad: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has issued a clarification concerning transfers and hosting for the 2026/2027 academic year. This announcement comes as students and parents prepare for the upcoming academic term.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated in a press release that applications for transfers and hosting are now available electronically through the HEPIQ application. The Ministry has set a deadline for these applications, which will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
