Baghdad: Minister of Justice Khalid Shawani and the Head of the Sunni Endowment Office, Amer Shaker al-Janabi, discussed on Tuesday prospects for joint coordination to safeguard public funds.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Justice released a statement indicating that Minister Shawani met with al-Janabi and his delegation at the minister’s official office. The discussions centered around enhancing cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Sunni Endowment Office. The primary focus was on preserving public funds and the Office’s assets, as well as strengthening institutional integration.

The statement further elaborated that the meeting aimed to support efforts to develop joint work in service of the public interest. Both officials emphasized the importance of coordination in protecting and efficiently managing public resources.
