Baghdad: Members of Parliament revealed the documentation of new violations within the Federal Board of Supreme Audit, which will be addressed according to legal and administrative procedures.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, MP Ahmed Al-Saadi stated in a press conference on Saturday that relatives of influential figures within the Board were appointed to positions based on personal gain and the exploitation of privileges, regardless of academic qualifications or specialization. He added that employees with degrees and specializations unrelated to the Board’s work were transferred from other departments approximately three months before the implementation of the land distribution decision. Furthermore, he alleged that the Board’s building was being used after official working hours for the benefit of another entity.
