Antalya: New fires have erupted in the forests of the Aksu district in Antalya, southwestern Trkiye, with firefighting teams actively battling to contain the blaze. The Antalya Governorate announced the incident this morning, highlighting the urgent response efforts underway.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the firefighting crews are conducting both air and ground operations to control the fire. The resources deployed include three fixed-wing aircraft, nine helicopters, 45 fire trucks, and two heavy vehicles, along with 275 personnel, all working tirelessly to manage the situation.
The teams are striving to control the fire, the cause of which remains unknown. Efforts are focused on preventing the fire from spreading further, as the intensive firefighting operations continue.
