New US Airstrikes Hit Hodeidah, Yemen: Houthi Media Report American Aggression

Hodeidah: Media affiliated with the Houthi group in Yemen reported on Monday that the United States launched two airstrikes on the city of Hodeidah. The attacks reportedly targeted a cotton gin in the Zabid District of the coastal Hodeidah Governorate, an area that experienced Israeli strikes last year.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Houthi group announced on Sunday evening that two American raids targeted the detained ship “Galaxy Leader.” In a brief statement, the group stated that “two raids by the American enemy targeted the command cabin of the detained Israeli ship Galaxy Leader.” However, the statement did not provide further details or the results of the bombing, and there was no immediate comment from the United States on the matter.

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth declared on Sunday that the United States would continue its attacks on the Houthis in Yemen until they cease their assaults on shipping traffic. In response, the Houthi group indicated the possibility of escalating its attacks following the deadly strikes launched by Washington on Saturday.
