Baghdad: The Oil Products Distribution Company announced on Tuesday that it has supplied the General Company for Maritime Transport and the General Company for Land Transport with more than 35 million liters of petroleum products. This initiative is part of the company’s plan to ensure the uninterrupted supply of fuel to government institutions, thereby supporting their operations and enhancing the efficiency of the transport and logistics sector. In a statement, the company specified that it has provided the General Company for Maritime Transport with 34 million liters of fuel oil and the General Company for Land Transport with 1.25 million liters of gas oil. The statement highlighted that these quantities are crucial for supporting transport operations and ensuring the continuity of services according to approved operational plans.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement emphasized that the Oil Products Distribution Company remains committed to implementing its supply programs efficiently, in alignment with the Ministry of Oil’s directives to meet the petroleum product needs of state institutions. This commitment is seen as integral to enhancing performance across various service sectors.

Furthermore, Falah Hashem, Director of the Equipment Authority, confirmed via the statement that equipment installation operations were conducted in accordance with the approved plan. He noted the company’s dedication to delivering the necessary supplies to beneficiaries on schedule, ensuring the continuity of their work.
