Baghdad: Pavel Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), met with Kirkuk Governor Mohammed Saman Agha to discuss the political situation and efforts to strengthen stability and the foundations of coexistence in Kirkuk.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place at the residence of the late President Jalal Talabani in Baghdad. The discussions focused on the general situation in Kirkuk Governorate and explored ways to enhance coordination and cooperation among its communities. The intent is to consolidate security and stability, encourage a spirit of coexistence and partnership, and ensure the delivery of services to all residents of the governorate without discrimination.

Governor Saman Agha emphasized that Kirkuk will continue to be a city of brotherhood and coexistence among all its communities. He stated that joint action and dialogue are essential to maintaining stability and serving the people of Kirkuk.
