Baghdad: The Pension Authority has announced the start of disbursing pensions for the month of September. The National General Retirement Authority confirmed the commencement of pension payments for civilian and military retirees for September.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Authority stated that the disbursement has begun gradually. The statement urged all retirees who receive text messages to visit bank branches and electronic payment outlets in Baghdad and other provinces to collect their pensions.
