Kirkuk:The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced that they conducted a search and raid operation in the Hawija District of Kirkuk Governorate on Saturday.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the operation was carried out by a force from the 61st Brigade of the PMF under the field leadership of Deputy Brigade Commander Sheikh Faisal Al-Assi. The operation aimed to enhance security and stability in the region and to target remnants of terrorist cells.

The PMF stated that these security operations are part of proactive efforts to secure the area and prevent any potential threats to citizens’ safety from terrorist elements.
