Baghdad:The Ministry of Health has successfully concluded the sixth edition of its annual international health conference and exhibition at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds. The event saw participation from 375 companies and brands representing 24 countries, and showcased over 4,000 medical, health, and pharmaceutical products.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the exhibition took place from October 28 to 31, 2026, under the patronage of the Minister of Health, Abdul-Hussein Aziz Al-Musawi. The opening day featured the Minister inaugurating the conference and exhibition in the presence of various officials, deputy ministers, directors-general, and representatives from local and international companies.

Throughout the event, Minister Al-Musawi actively oversaw the proceedings and conducted an inspection tour on the third day. This tour included visits to the pavilions of the Ministry’s departments, affiliated bodies, local and international manufacturing firms, the Holy Shrines, and the Ministry of Interior. During this tour, he examined the latest medical devices and technologies and interacted with participants and company representatives.
