Baghdad:President of the Republic Nizar Amidi met with Mohammed al-Halbousi, Head of the Taqaddum Party, in Baghdad to discuss the country’s political, security, and economic conditions. The meeting was also attended by Minister of Justice Dr. Khalid Shwani.

Accourding to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions highlighted the importance of supporting the government in implementing its program and quickly completing the cabinet. The need to intensify efforts to pass the general budget was also emphasized, ensuring that it provides funding for essential services and strategic development projects.

Additionally, measures to stabilize the market and protect citizens’ purchasing power were identified as necessary steps to address current challenges.
