Baghdad: President Nizar Amidi emphasized the importance of expediting the enactment of service-related laws. During a meeting at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, President Amidi received Dr. Muthanna Amin, head of the Kurdistan Islamic Union parliamentary bloc, and his accompanying delegation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Presidency’s press release highlighted that the meeting focused on the overall political developments on the national scene. President Amidi emphasized the necessity of unifying efforts among political forces and strengthening dialogue and understanding to consolidate stability and support reform efforts. He stressed the importance of expediting the enactment of laws that directly affect the lives of citizens and meet their aspirations.
