According to National Iraqi News Agency, the President’s remarks came during a visit to the Iraqi Museum in Baghdad, where he toured various halls and sections. He received a comprehensive briefing on the national efforts dedicated to preserving and maintaining both existing and recovered artifacts.
During the visit, the President highlighted the national and moral responsibility to protect the country’s heritage. He called for enhanced cooperation and coordination among governmental and community institutions to foster awareness of history’s role in guiding nations toward prosperity and progress.
